RETURN POLICY

If your FAULK call has a defect in materials or workmanship please return to Faulks at your expense, we will fix or replace as soon as possible.  A processing fee of $6.00 (for return shipping and handling), plus applicable tax, is charged for each warranty claim processed within the 48 United States.  Please note that we only accept Credit Cards through Wix and Pay Pal and must be paid prior to return.  Returns not claimed within 60 days will be destroyed.
