RETURN POLICY

If your FAULK call has a defect in materials or workmanship please return to Faulks at your expense, we will fix or replace as soon as possible.  A processing fee of $6.00 (for return shipping and handling), plus applicable tax, is charged for each warranty claim processed within the 48 United States.  Please note that we do not accept Credit Cards, only checks, Wix, PayPal or money orders and must be paid prior to return.  Returns not claimed within 60 days will be destroyed.
